The Bangalore International Airport Limited IT Investment Region is a Mammoth 12,000 acre project being undertaken in the region, just 15 Km from the International Airport. At a cost of around US $22 billion and with direct employment to 2.8 million, the BIAL ITIR has attracted the biggest corporate names such as Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and TCS, all of whom have already begun work in the region.
